Born and raised in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area, Garrett Schmidt, Co-Founder and CEO of Proactive Real Estate Solutions has been involved in many facets of real estate. From house flipping and wholesaling, to managing single family and multifamily rental portfolios, Garrett has brought his business acumen to steadily growing a strong diversified portfolio for Proactive Real Estate Solutions and its investors. Prior to becoming a full time real estate investor, Garrett was not only a lifelong athlete but started and grew multiple companies in the trucking industry. Garrett continues to lead Proactive Real Estate Solutions by growing their portfolio and providing competitive returns for their investors.

Milan Broadus, Co-Founder and native Washingtonian, manages all aspects of acquisitions and repositioning of single family and multifamily projects for Proactive Real Estate Solutions. Prior to her career in Real Estate, Milan graduated from Marymount University with a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Business Administration. Milan has a strong background in operations and training from top companies such as The Ritz-Carlton, The Washington Capitals and Saks Fifth Avenue. Milan is an active residential Real Estate Agent and assist other investors in finding deals that fit their buying criteria.
